Fermented and aged (70%) in stainless steel vats and 30% in French barriques (50% new and 50% second use) for 6 months. Short skin contact, full malolactic fermentation in barriques and batonnage. Screw cap. Intense but elegant varietal expression with hints of oak. Peach, mango, orange peel, baked bread, freshness.

Seventy per cent of the must fermented in stainless steel vats and 30% in 225L French oak barriques, carried out malolactic fermentation and aged sur lie for 6 months with regular batonnage. The final blend was bottled under a screw cap and matured for a further 3 months in our cellar before it came on the market.

|Tasting notes||The color is green-yellow with a few greenish hues. The nose is expressive with strength and aromas of ripe apricot, mango, orange rind and wood scents (from the French oak) such as hazelnut and baked bread follow. Fruit forward richness fills the mouth with flavors of vanilla, rich cream, coconut and hazelnut butter. The finish has duration, volume, intensity and great complexity.|
