Tasting notes   The colour is bright white yellow, with green hues. The nose is complicated and the wine smells fresh flowers, hints of squashed blossoms and fruit aromas such as avocado. A relaxed pace and luxurious texture gives flavours of orange and lemon blossom and touches of jasmine and mint. In the aftertaste the acidity travels across the palate for a clean extended finish.
